Just 50 minutes drive from Alicante/Murcia Airports, our well fitted  and maintained holiday home is set in the Villamartin area of the Orihuela Costa, on the Costa Blanca coast of Spain. It Briefly comprises of 3 double bedrooms , with 2 bathrooms, and is split over 2 floors, with outside access to the second floor. It is set in a small complex sharing 2 pools and has a gated private parking area within the complex.
The Villa is only 10 minutes by car away from the nearest beach, and 10 minutes walking distance from the famous Villamartin Plaza.
La Zenia shopping centre with its 150 shops is also 10 minutes away by car.

There are 3 seating/terrace areas in the villa.
Front- Sheltered seating area with table and chairs,  large enclosed patio area.


Rear- Small enclosed area with table & chairs, with access to parking area & swimming pools


Upstairs- Large sun terrace overlooking the swimming pool, complete with table, chairs, sun loungers & a gas BBQ.
